Support groups

Support groups bring together people with similar concerns or experiences to discuss the subject, develop tips to help participants cope and create a support network for them. All services are free, confidential and offered in French.

Why participate in a support group?

A support group brings a sense of comfort and security, as it enables participants to talk to others in a similar situation. In support groups, participants can learn more about what others are doing to manage the situation, and can in turn support others.
