Annual General Meeting


Become a member of the CSCHN!
The Centre de santé communautaire Hamilton/Niagara belongs to the people who use its services. The people who come to the CSCHN are not just clients, but also participants with the right and responsibility to take part in the planning and development of programs and policies that affect the CSCHN and its clientele.
Why become a member?
- To have a say in the operation, direction and control of the services and activities of the CSCHN.
- To exchange views with other francophones on the programs and services of the CSCHN.
When you become a member, you can:
- Vote at the Annual General Meeting and elect members of the Board of Directors.
- Be elected to the Board of Directors.
- Participate in committees and bring new ideas to the CSCHN.
What does it take to become a member?
- Be over 18 years of age
- Be French-speaking
- Reside, for at least 3 continuous months, in the Hamilton (including Burlington and Brantford), Niagara, Haldimand- Brant geographical area.
- Not be gainfully employed by the CSCHN, and
- Adhere to the mission and goals of the CSCHN
How to become a member?
- Read and complete the membership form. You can ask for help from a CSCHN employee.
- Hand in the completed paper form at the reception desk of one of the CSCHN sites.
