The Keeping Balance program is open to adults 55 and older living in the community in the Niagara region. The goal of the program is to improve the health and well-being of participants to help them stay healthy, safe and strong. It is FREE. The class consists of weekly education, and exercises and activities designed to improve balance, strength and flexibility. The classes runs Tuesdays and Thursdays from 3-4pm. Remember to wear comfortable clothing and close-toed supportive shoes. Don’t forget your water!
Proof of vaccination is currently required. Please self-screen before leaving home and stay home if you are unwell.
