Targeted Prevention Activities

Targeted Prevention Activities

ado jeunesse4

Our targeted prevention activities aim to improve the ability of children, young people or families to understand mental health problems, detect them early, change perceptions and build resilience.

These activities help to identify mental health problems at an early stage in order to deliver rapid, timely and effective treatment.

We have a number of groups offering children and young people the opportunity to develop problem-solving skills and mental resilience.

  • Grandir entre amis [Growing Up with Friends] (anxiety – ages 4 to 7)
  • Amis pour la vie [Friends for Life] (anxiety – ages 8 to12)
  • Aventure dans mon univers [Adventure in My World] (self-esteem – ages 9 to 12)
  • Leçons sur le stress [Lessons on Stress] (stress management – ages 10 to 12)

Other workshops may be provided on request!
