The CSCHN delivers a broad spectrum of health, social and community services in French with a view to improving quality of life for Francophone families in our area.
Health is as much about adopting and maintaining healthy living habits as preventing and treating illness. At the CSCHN, we want to give you the tools you need to be as healthy and happy as you can be.
