Who is it for? Zumba classes are for anyone aged 12 or older.

Eligibility: Open to all French-speakers in the Niagara region.

POUND is an exhilarating full-body workout that combines cardio, strength conditioning with yoga and pilates inspired movements. Using Ripstix, (lightweight sticks), POUND is an incredibly effective way to work out. Designed for all fitness levels, POUND offers the perfect atmosphere to let go, energize, and tone up! The workout is easily modifiable and the alternative atmosphere and welcoming philosophy appeals to rockstars of all ages and abilities.
