Contrary to popular belief, the pandemic has not ended workplace harassment; in fact, in the virtual world, in the absence of colleagues and due to increased isolation, it has instead become more likely.
To help victims, employers and colleagues, Action Ontario Against Violence Against Women presents its new awareness campaign, It doesn’t happen anymore!
These various tools aim to change mentalities, help victims and colleagues better understand their remedies, and present information to employers on their responsibilities.
