Each year, the communities of Hamilton and Niagara welcome a significant number of French-speaking newcomers, including immigrants and refugees, who need access to health and social services.

The Centre de santé communautaire Hamilton/Niagara (CSCHN) works with local partners to offer a wide range of services and activities in order to help newcomer individuals and families settle and integrate into their new community.
