Community walks
Come join us for free commitment free walks when your time allows!
Activator poles and Nordic poles available to use. Walks include a warm-up and cool-down and balance exercises. Wear your running shoes and bring your water. Suncreenhat and sunglasses recommended for outdoor venues.
Eligibility: Open to all 55 and older. Must be able to follow verbal instructions. Must be aware of person health limitations and be able to express them. If you have issues with mobility, please contact our team to discuss options for participation.
