Community Walks
Come join us for free walks when your time allows!
Activator poles and Nordic poles available to use. Walks include a warm-up and cool-down and balance exercises. Wear your running shoes and bring your water. Suncreenhat and sunglasses recommended for outdoor venues.
Who: Open to all 55 and older
Eligibility: For anyone living in the Niagara region
